Andria Entsminger brings a wealth of experience to her role as Vice President. She is the former owner of Elsbridge Family Advocates, a firm specializing in special needs advocacy, and currently oversees the internship program at the Federation for Children with Special Needs. With over a decade of experience in property management, Andria plays a key leadership role within the organization. As understudy to the President, she is responsible for delivering and updating trainings, providing housing counseling and application assistance, supporting the development and expansion of new services, and actively contributing to administrative and fundraising initiatives. Autism Housing Pathways works to educate families in Massachusetts about housing options for adults with developmental disabilities, and Andria’s work directly supports this mission through both outreach and program implementation.
