Elyse is the Director of Employment and Community Development at Run the Gamut, an innovative transition program supporting young adults on the autism spectrum. Since its launch in September 2025, she has built strong employer partnerships and secured early job placements for students. Previously, as Senior Director of Business Development at JVS Boston, Elyse led efforts to recruit and train unemployed and underemployed individuals for quality jobs in healthcare, biotechnology, and human services while partnering closely with employers. Earlier in her career, she served as Director of Nutrition and Food Service at Spaulding Boston, where she established community partnerships and increased disability inclusion—by 2024, 27% of her department identified as having a disability. A Johnson & Wales University graduate in Hospitality Management with a Sociology concentration, Elyse is passionate about training and career development for underserved populations.
