With over 30 years in the human services field, Kelly brings heart and expertise to Pathfinder Village – a vibrant, inclusive community in upstate New York empowering individuals with Down syndrome since 1980. Today, Pathfinder Village supports children and adults of all ages and offers specialty services to men and women with dementia. Kelly hears regularly from families of individuals who are living independently in the community and requiring increased supervision and support as they age, and from adults who are living at home with parents who are aging. Following an 18 year career as a speech-language pathologist, Kelly joined Pathfinder Village in 2010 to lead the admissions department. From 2019 to 2023 she served as Chief Program Officer. She holds a MA in speech-language pathology from George Washington University. Kelly and her husband both have siblings with Down syndrome.
