With 12 years of dedicated experience at L’Arche, Michael has had the privilege of living in a community with people of all abilities. His journey began as a volunteer, leading to a year with Americorps and three years as a live-in House Manager, where he developed a hands-on approach to community living and care. For the past eight years, Michael has served as the Director of Residential Services. In this leadership role, he has been responsible for supervising the assistant body and acting as the primary liaison with the Department of Developmental Services (DDS). Michael’s career at L’Arche has been defined by a commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive, and vibrant community.
