Paula Collins is the Assistant Vice President of Employment at WORK Inc. Fitchburg, leading a North Central Massachusetts team that supports individuals with barriers to work. Her team partners with MassAbility, DDS, DTA, and nine area high schools to develop workplace skills and provide ongoing job coaching. A certified CESP and Marc Gold & Associates Customized Employment Specialist, Paula is a Fitchburg State Leadership Institute graduate and a frequent presenter on disability rights, employment supports, and DEI. She helped design the Fitchburg Disability Steward Program, serves on several advisory boards including MA APSE and the DDS Statewide Quality Council, and has advocated for people with Down syndrome for 27 years.
